Our Mission and Vision
Our Beliefs
The church’s mission is “to make faithful disciples of Christ” through “loving, disciplined, faith-based teaching,” offering practical training for physical and spiritual growth, and giving ongoing encouragement and care. Our vision emphasizes caring for “spirit, soul, and body” — working toward a Christ-centered community that values both spiritual health and physical wellness. We see Christianity not just as spiritual worship but as spiritual formation, impacting every aspect of life - spiritual, physical, mental, emotional, and relational.
History & Origins
Endurance Church was planted by Pastor Anthony Bass, who was called to start a unique church in Brooklyn Park. We are now meeting at our new location on Sundays at 4707 Edinbrook Terrace, Brooklyn Park, MN 55443.
Our Core Values
At Endurance Church, we emphasize Christ-like character, focus on congregants (community), teaching of the Word (Bible-centered teaching), teamwork, outreach, innovation, family and fun, as well as prayer, praise, and worship. In short: we want to be a warm, Christ-centered community that emphasizes scripture, spiritual growth, community connection, outreach, and also holistic wellness (spirit & body). We hold worship services on Sundays at 10:00 AM and offer Community Groups (LifeGroups) midweek, with times listed for Wednesday (online) and Thursday (in-person) depending on the group. We also provide opportunities for daily prayer (via Zoom) and encourage fellowship, outreach, and involvement — both spiritually and in practical, community-building ways.
