ANTHONY BASS, M.DIV, MBA, MPA

Senior Pastor

  Anthony Bass has served in ministry alongside his wife for the past 12 years, faithfully shepherding God’s people in both teaching and leadership. Together, they founded and have led Endurance Church for the last 10 years, with a clear focus on cultivating spiritual maturity, resilience, and authentic community rooted in Scripture and the power of the gospel. Their ministry is marked by a deep commitment to discipleship, prayer, and helping individuals and families grow in their faith and walk with Christ.

 Anthony’s calling is grounded in a passion for seeing lives restored, hearts healed, and people empowered to live with purpose through Jesus Christ. His journey in ministry reflects a continual dependence on God’s grace, perseverance through seasons of challenge, and a steady commitment to serving God’s people with humility and integrity.

 In support of his pastoral calling, Anthony has pursued theological and leadership training, holding a Master of Divinity and continuing doctoral studies in leadership. His education serves to strengthen his effectiveness in shepherding, teaching, and equipping believers for kingdom impact.

Anthony and his wife reside in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, where they are raising their seven children while continuing to serve faithfully in ministry. Their life together is a living testimony of devotion to God, family, and the local church.
